Creation of a specification sheet for the technical implementation of the federal  goverments opening balance sheet.
Technical coordination between client and contractor (BRZ GmbH) during implementation.

Project HV SAP

Design and implementation of SAP-based procedures for budget management and budget execution processes.
Roll-out of the budget management solution to the federal ministries. Trainer as part of key user training.
